17.25/20pts (90+/100pts)

From an estate that has been family owned since the 1500s, this is an uplifting, bone-dry, zesty style of Prosecco which would make for a perfect aperitif. The citrus aromas have an added touch of pear drops, while the palate is formed around flavours of lime and crisp green apple.
